Ishwari is the spiritual name given to Emma Turnbull in 2009 by her guru Swami Satsangi, more recently Ishwari was given Karma Sannyasa diksha, a real honour and priviledge which means that Ishwari is dedicated to living a yogic lifestyle to the best of her abilities and committed also to teaching yoga Ishwari had already been practising yoga and teaching for some time when she discoverd Satyananda yoga in 2006, this discovery changed the course and direction of her life she is now deeply involved with Satyananda yoga and is a disciple of the tradition. Although previously qualified in many therapies that are still available the main aim of Ishwaris work is teaching yoga through weekly classes, workshops and courses. Ishwari begun her healing and spiritual path earlier when she was led by many synchronicities to learn Reiki in 1998. This opened the doors for so many other opportunities and she went on to learn Reiki 2 and then attend her Reiki masters course with William Lee Rand at Stonehenge in 1998, a powerful spiritual and healing experience.
Ishwari went on to learn Reflexology, Indian head massage, NFSH healing, and also works with crystals, flower remedies and essential oils.
As a mother of three, Ishwari enjoyed practising yoga with her children so it felt natural to teach yoga to children too and begun teaching Yogabugs in 2004. Ishwari has qualifications in the following:
